Adopting a Kangal Dog
- Are you considering getting a Kangal dog for your farm, livestock, or family?
- Did you complete your research regarding the breed and the challenges it brings?
- Have you explored all the pros and cons ?
- Did you consider the fact that a Kangal Dog is not for everyone?
- Do you understand the time committment & resouces needed, including the cost, time, energy, space, veterinary care, strength and independent nature of the breed?
- Are you aware of the supports you can access in your area: a responsible breeder, a local Kangal Club?
If you made your decision and are sure that a Kangal dog is the right choice for you and your family we encourage you to consider international adoption.
